Luckily for me, all of the components of my XPS 9570 except the network card were compatible with macOS. Although not cheap the I was able to find a compatible lower-end card DW1820A network card from Aliexpress.
The next two things I needed were a USB with at least 12GB and a macOS device to download the macOS installer on the USB.
This video done by Kevin Shroff does a great job showing the process to install macOS.
Creating a bootable disk only required a certain command into the terminal, outlined in the forum I referenced above, and let macOS create the bootable USB. You would then just configure the EFI with "config.plist" to either 4k or the regular file.
The next step was to just plug it in the laptop and boot from the drive. Follow the steps to install macOS and it'll boot just like a brand new Mac!
The last thing you need to do to allow the device to boot macOS by itself is just entering another command you have to run on the terminal and transfer over the configure EFI into the device's storage.
I was uncomfortable unable to use my graphics card and never using Windows again. Therefore decided to try and create a dual-boot Hackintosh laptop.
The first step was to create a Windows installer on a USB which can be downloaded from Microsoft's website. Then I just used Disk Utility to create a partition so I can install Windows on the same drive as the macOS.
All that's left is to boot the Windows installer and install Windows on the partition you allocated for windows
